SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications: Prefer a 4-year degree and past work experience within Industrial sales or service related/Business Development. Must have a strong understanding of sales prospecting as well as solid mechanical and electrical aptitude. Good verbal, written and strong computer skills are required.

The Service Sales Representatives are responsible for developing the given market area for service sales opportunities. While developing business with existing accounts, the Sales Representative will focus on selling planned repairs, modernizations, spare parts, consultation services and all lifting equipment as needed. The primary focus is to increase sales within new and existing customers while growing sales in targeted NEW market areas as directed by Management. Depending upon the local base of customers, there may be other Branch Sales resources that share the target markets.

Below are the additional specific responsibilities of this position:

  • Service Sales: Prepare/quote and Sell proposals for service repairs and all products using established tools and processes (consult using the Service Review and Business Review etc.... Sell any assigned quotes as needed.


  • Target Accounts: Your supervisor will identify a target Account list, that are the Sales Representative responsibility for:
    • Maintaining monthly contact with the accounts and developing the relationship with the customer further. This monthly follow up must be documented and maintained in your CRM and discussed
    • Agreement Renewal/Business Reviews/Analysis of all such accounts.


  • Renewal of Agreements: Some assigned accounts are the responsibility of the Representative to renew. Customers refusing to renew may be assigned to the Sales Rep. to take over the renewal process. Such review will take place during the Ops and/or Sales meeting.


  • CRM Funnel Management: Sales funnel and cases in CRM should be managed and maintained daily. All record of visits, calls, meetings, quotations must be visible in CRM and discussed in weekly Sales meeting with the District/Branch Manager.


  • Expectations to meeting monthly minimum sales quotas and CRM funnel size.


  • Assist in other customer relations or collection efforts. It may be required to support in customer collection issues or other customer relationship management.


  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications: Un diplme universitaire de quatre ans et de l'exprience professionnelle avec le

service des ventes est prfrable. Doit avoir une connaissance fondamentale des principes mcaniques et lectriques et tre en mesure de partager leur exprience et de travailler occasionnellement avec le

personnel de service. Des bonnes aptitudes en communication crite et verbale et en informatique sont

requises.

Les reprsentants des ventes sont responsables du dveloppement du secteur du march attribu pour les opportunits des contrats de ventes de service. En plus de la vente de nouveaux comptes, le reprsentant de vente vendra des remises en tat planifies, des modernisations de service, des composants et des nouveaux quipements selon les besoins.

  • S'engager dans diverses activits de ventes pour vendre du service, y compris des remises en tat planifies, des composants, la modernisation et de nouveaux quipements aux clients existants et dvelopper de nouveaux comptes afin de respecter les quotas de vente minimum tablis.


  • Prparer ou aider la prparation des propositions de prix pour un travail de service l'aide des feuilles de calcul tablies, des directives et des suggestions par le dpartement de service.


  • Maintenir un contact personnel avec tous les comptes existants dans le secteur de vente. Prparer les rapports mensuels correspondants.


  • Maintenir un contact mensuel avec les comptes principaux attribus et de dvelopper des relations d'affaires. Documenter l'activit avec les comptes principaux. Prparer un dossier des comptes principaux trimestriellement et le faire parvenir au Directeur de la succursale. Annuellement, planifier et effectuer une prsentation d'analyse de contrat pour tous les comptes principaux.


  • Prparer et tenir jour un journal dans le logiciel CRM de toutes les propositions de prix envoyes aux clients et fournir le rapport au responsable, une fois par mois ou tel que demand.


  • Surveiller la charge de travail du dpartement de service et s'assurer que tous les intervalles de temps soient remplis de travail vendu.


  • Responsable de qualifier tous les nouveaux prospects pour la qualit de crdit, le cas chant. Obtenir le certificat exempt d'impts, si ncessaire.


  • Aider dans les efforts de recouvrement des comptes en souffrance, le cas chant.


  • Grer le processus de renouvellement de contrat pour le secteur dsign pour assurer que les

besoins du client est rencontr en temps opportun et les possibilits ne sont pas perdues. Assumer la responsabilit de communiquer avec les comptes qui ne renouvellent pas leur contrat. Prparer et soumettre mensuellement un rapport d'activit. tablir et maintenir des communications continues avec le Dpartement de service pour adresser les problmes relis la clientle.

  • Faire parvenir les rapports MainMan aux clients selon les lignes directrices de l'entreprise dcrites dans la politique de Rtention de contrat. Assurer la stricte conformit toutes les exigences de la politique de Rtention de contrat. Examiner en dtails avec le client, les rapports et les bons de travail.


  • Maintenir les coordonnes des clients dans le logiciel Maximizer, tel que requis.


  • Suivre toutes les consignes de scurit et les procdures tablies, y compris celles tablies par le client.


  • Toutes autres tches assignes par le superviseur.
