ETS Architecture & Engineering Planning & Optimization Lead

The CTO Office is looking for ETS Architecture & Engineering Planning & Optimization Lead for Bridging architecture & engineering strategy, vision and execution between the Technical Product and commercial customer Product Pillars, this leader will drive the highest degree of capability, services and outcome delivery for our customers. Representing the ETS level view, this leader will provide deep insight for the optimal sequencing of Product delivery across the ETS estate to maximize customer value. This critical role will partner tightly with ETS leadership, Customer Success & Enablement teams, the technical Product and Commercial Customer Product Pillar leaders.

Who We Want

• For this position, a minimum of 10+ years in an architecture or engineering role is required and 7+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams

• 5+ years in financial services and/or in highly regulated industries is preferred

• A BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field

• Extensive experience in building and operating on-prem and/or cloud-based platform solutions. Hands-on experience with Service Now, Flexera, Azure, AWS, Google highly desired

• Extensive experience in professional software engineering practices and SDLC best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, advanced testing (chaos eng) and operations

• Demonstrated ability to design, deliver scalable and sustainable architecture solutions at scale, globally distributed

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, i.e., C, C++, Java, or Python

• Cloud migration, re-platforming, and infrastructure/application modernization experience is a plus

• Experience managing and growing an IT, Architecture and/or engineering team

• Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills
