Our client in the financial industry located in the Downtown Toronto core is looking for passionate, highly-organized HR assistant. You will be responsible for payroll & expense assistance, administrative assistance and event organization.

  • You will be responsible for assisting Payroll using HRIS system Ceridian Day force
  • Supporting the HR team with any administrative tasks
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties
  • Prepare reports
  • Assistance with events, or hosted activities

Job Requirements

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel

-Experience with HRIS systems, especially Ceridian DayForce.

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent in related work experience.

-3+ years of experience as an HR Administrator/Payroll Administrator
