Job Requirements

Day to Day Duties:

  • Work independently interacting with customers

  • Make sure your customer service skills translate into active customers

  • Recommend solutions to customers that are tailored and suit their situation

  • Make customer calls to answer questions about their account.

  • Manage, audit, balance daily schedule, and reporting.

  • Exceed company goals and expectations

  • Manage client expectations and delivery of targets
