Based in Boston, Paperless Parts was founded by technology entrepreneurs Jason Ray and Scott Sawyer, and is backed by manufacturing industry experts and private investors. As the team’s first quality engineer, you will be responsible for laying down the foundation for our product’s testing strategy. This will include helping us build out a robust test automation framework, as well as defining how quality should fit into our agile development process.
Who you are:
You’re an individual with high attention to detail. You care about the quality of the product because you know how it impacts our customers. You have a strong opinion about how test automation should work in an agile environment and can build toward achieving that vision. You’ve worked with SAS and the cloud and have a strong understanding of the automation tooling in this space.
Some of your experiences might include:
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience working with industry standard test automation tools (e.g. Selenium)
- Experienced in CI and cloud infrastructure environments
- Experienced working in an Agile environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skill
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
