Are you a Human Resources detail oriented looking for new opportunity? Robert Half is looking for a highly-skilled, motivated and confident candidate for a client in the Healthcare industry. We are looking for a candidate to handle a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, as well as provide support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. The role will report to both HR Manager and the HR Advisor and must be able to work independently and within a team. This is a remote contract role with great potential.


Primary responsibilities for this role may include:

  • Disability Management – return to work, claims,
  • Benefits Administration
  • Employee relations as it related to Internal Policies
  • Training – coordinating, registration management
  • Assistance with projects as needed


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or experience with medical field
  • 3-5 years in experience
  • CHRP or in progress
