bull Escalate C19 Positive and Suspected Cases to Regional Lead for review and support local Emergency Response Team protocol bull Conduct tracing of escalated cases, if needed bull Contact extensions, if needed bull Documents all cases in the Covid-19 Log and Interview Form REQUIREMENTS bull Requires a HS diploma or GED Associatersquos degree a plus bull Strong customer service skills, including empathy bull Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Word, Teams, etc.
bull Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to develop a rapport with employees via email, text, and phone.
bull Ability to independently execute following documented processes and escalate when appropriate. bull Able to effectively manage Covid-19 cases in different phases and adapt to change in a fast-paced changing environment.
