We are establishing a centralized cloud team to enable public cloud access, build out cloud core platform services, deploy cloud managed services for app teams and app team adoption. You will help us to build out the Technical Account Manager (TAM) function in our org. You will partner with key application teams to understand their challenges, work through their issues and help them to adopt our public cloud services. The ideal candidate is someone with a proven technical account management, sound technical cloud knowledge and stakeholder / relationship management.

You will help to build out the Technical Account Manager function and processes in our organization. You will establish customer engagement processes and customer lifecycle management. You will be assigned to key customers, engage with them, understand their cloud requirements, advise them on cloud products and services. You are measured on the success of the customer. Address cloud related product and service queries. Partner with solution architects on complex architecture requirements. Provide feedback any new feature requests to our engineering teams and keep the customer informed of roadmaps and feature availability.
