Responsibilities
Create requisitions, post and manage jobs on appropriate internal and external sourcesOwn all aspects of the interview scheduling process from scheduling phone screens to final round interviewsEnsure excellent candidate experienceManage background check processGenerate offer lettersManage employee onboarding process including adding new hires to HR platform (TriNet), coordinating new hire orientation, etc.Review and manage semi-monthly payroll submissions to TriNetAssist with Benefits administration, e.g. processing leaves of absence, point of contact for employee questions, etc.Update company org chartsSome organizational planning of team events, and trainingsMiscellaneous administrative responsibilities such as generating reports, pulling files for audits, etc.Other projects as assignedJob RequirementsRequirements
4+ years of experience as an HR Administrator and/or Recruiting CoordinatorPreferably longevity in careerHS degree or equivalentExcellent attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient with Gmail, Google Calendar as well as key applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPointExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or Jobvite) a plusAbility to multi-task and deliver quality work to deadlinesAbout You
