Talent Acquisition Administrator

West Valley Staffing Group is currently seeking a HR/Talent Acquisition Administrator for an exciting opportunity in Hayward, CA


  • Create requisitions, post and manage jobs on appropriate internal and external sources
  • Own all aspects of the interview scheduling process from scheduling phone screens to final round interviews
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience
  • Manage background check process
  • Generate offer letters
  • Manage employee onboarding process including adding new hires to HR platform (TriNet), coordinating new hire orientation, etc.
  • Review and manage semi-monthly payroll submissions to TriNet
  • Assist with Benefits administration, e.g. processing leaves of absence, point of contact for employee questions, etc.
  • Update company org charts
  • Some organizational planning of team events, and trainings
  • Miscellaneous administrative responsibilities such as generating reports, pulling files for audits, etc.
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Job RequirementsRequirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Administrator and/or Recruiting Coordinator
  • Preferably longevity in career
  • HS degree or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Gmail, Google Calendar as well as key applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or Jobvite) a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work to deadlines
