Description:
- Under the guidance of the department managers and or supervisor, manage and deliver tasks by completing project milestones within the Credit Card project/task timeline.
- Perform Card Services implementation tasks not limited to, installation, setup, vendor certification and updates for Credit Cards interfaces for our DNA Card Service Implementation.
- Oversee modifications made to system parameters within the client’s test and production databases in preparation for live card services event.
- Work with project milestones or with our other assigned tasks to assure that all applications interact according to specifications for Credit Cards for our DNA Card Service Implementation.
- Ability to write and or apply scripts via SQL to analyze financial data.
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
- Adhere to company Service Level Agreement guidelines.
- Performs other duties as required
- Bachelor degree desirable but not required if 5 plus years of Card Implementation experience.
- Minimum of three 3 years of application experience including set up and certification within the debit or credit card processing industry
- Strong understanding of our DNA and CCM applications.
- Experience in Credit Card payment services and overall card industry, including competition and financial institutions.
- Highly collaborative work style with the ability to positively negotiate, influence others and maintain effective business relationships
- Demonstrated experience in a highly consultative, solution-oriented environment
- Five years of software application project management experience within the debit/credit payments processing industry
- Strong understanding of our DNA products preferred
- Experience in Card payment services and related products, as well as the overall card industry, including competition and financial institutions. Credit Card Implementation experience a plus as well as an understanding of Lending fundamentals
