RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Analyst, Cost Accounting in Boston, MA.
Key Tasks:
- Responsible for cost accounting
- Prepare inventory analysis, valuation, and impairment
- Assist with financial statements
- Provide operational cost analysis
- Prepare variance analysis
- Support the financial audit and tax preparation process
- Prepare and update documentation of processes and policies
- Act as a subject matter expert for cost and inventory accounting
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of cost accounting experience in the manufacturing industry
- CPA is a plus
- Experience with financial systems and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel and Office skills
