Immediate need for Customer Service team – inbound call center – WORKING FROM HOME.
– Taking inbound calls from people looking for information and updates on government program benefits
– Will be trained in role and systems
Pay is $12.50/hour
– Phone experience
– Empathy and patience
– Tools to work from home
– Must have own PC with Windows 10 and a headset with a microphone – no Macs, no Chromebooks.
Schedule: 8 AM TO 8 PM, MUST HAVE 7 DAYS A WEEK AVAILABILITY, 40 HOUR WEEKS
