Job Description

IT Help Desk

Experience with high volume helpdesk tickets and demonstrated ability to independently solve and troubleshoot end-user requests
Experience with Zendesk
Windows application experience – 2012
Cloud-based applications
SQL experience
Good Documentation and Strong Attention to Detail
Good judgement and ability to work independently
Experience with virtual servers – vmware
ERP experience preferred – Exact and/or Navision experience
