As an Exclusive Customer Service Representative, you will be carrying out the following:

  • Consistently delivering perfect Customer experiences.

Communication is key! You will be warm, friendly and eager to help our customers! You’ll love a challenge but most of all you will enjoy chatting to lots of different people.

If you already have experience in retail, hospitality, even call centres. However, if you have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and motivated to go the extra mile for every customer, then we want to hear from you!

You won’t be alone! We have a dedicated training team on site that will teach you the ropes. We provide you with ongoing training and support to perfect your conversations, craft your technique and become an expert.
