extension RESPONSIBILITIES bull Manage end-to-end Covid-19 Case
Management from initial contact through RTW including
bull Escalate C19 Positive and Suspected Cases to Regional Lead
for review and support local Emergency Response Team protocol bull
Conduct tracing of escalated cases, if needed bull Contact
extensions, if needed bull Documents all cases in the Covid-19 Log
and Interview Form REQUIREMENTS bull Requires a HS diploma or GED
Associatersquos degree a plus bull Strong customer service skills,
including empathy bull Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, SharePoint, Word, Teams, etc.
Team player bull Confidentiality bull Timeliness ability to track
multiple projects bull Excellent listening skills and the ability
to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome
bull Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be
able to develop a rapport with employees via email, text, and
