Bilingual Customer Service Representative

$27,000-$44,500 / YEAR

Our North area client is seeking is responsible for addressing inbound calls to the Monitoring Center, determining call urgency, and directing call to the appropriate department/ supervisor. The role is also responsible to execute a home hook up for any current device, as well as basic troubleshooting.

Job Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for addressing inbound calls to the lab, determining call urgency, and directing call to the appropriate individuals
  • Determine abnormal cardiac rhythms/symptoms, take any necessary precautions, and clearly communicate information to technicians
  • Aid patients and practices in troubleshooting devices
  • Collect patient symptoms and additional recordings as needed
  • Address questions and educate patients, practices, and sales staff
  • Collect patient baseline recordings and assisting with Home Hook Ups as needed
  • Possess the flexibility to adapt in a constantly changing environment and evolving procedures
  • Retain information that is job specific such as safety regulations and current policies and procedures
  • Maintain consistent communication with necessary individuals to aid in the smooth operation of the Monitoring Center
  • Make detailed notes and entries into the appropriate patient files
  • Exhibit a high sense of urgency when performing job duties
  • Other Duties as assigned

REQUIRED

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in a call center or customer service position preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Excellent multitasking and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of multi-line telephone system
  • Excellent Customer Service skills when interacting with all Internal and External Clients
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Must be able to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment
