The Customer Service Platform (CSP) is a team that integrate the product technology resources of the company’s internal customer service system. Our mission is to provide users with efficient self-service solutions and provide agents with convenient tools so as to improve customer service experience.
- Develop large-scale software systems that powers TikTok app.
- Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance and reliability of the product.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work in rapid product development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 2+ years of coding experience with a general purpose programming language (ie. Java, C/C++, Go, Python).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Redis/MySQL/Elasticsearch/Druid/Spark Streaming.
- Experience working on distributed cloud services.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their time and space performance.
- Good understanding of large scale backend service design is preferred.
