Founded in 1999, XDR is a small firm in West Los Angeles, providing digital radiography to thousands of private dental practices; major universities, such as UCLA; and government agencies. Our founders have unique formal backgrounds in dentistry and mathematics, and they make certain that our products are clinically relevant and grounded in science. We write our own software and package it with intraoral sensors which we co-designed with the largest sensor manufacturer in the world. We work hard, lean and smart, and our customers love us. We're serious about success and, okay, we're a little nerdy. But we treat each other like human beings because we know that working with great people is as important as working with a great product.

Do you want to use your love of technology to make others’ lives better?

We need someone that can learn. Not just learn something after you’ve done it a hundred times, but learn immediately with minimal direction. You need to be able to dig into a situation until you know how it works. If you are sharp and determined, then show us what you’ve got. We want to hear about your joy for programming and how you want to use technology to make the world better.
