Manager of Performance Reporting

Our client is one of the world’s largest investment and advisory firms focused exclusively on providing sophisticated, creative investment expertise to a select group of clients. They need a Manager of Performance Reporting to lead and manage a group of performance analysts daily to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy in the preparation and delivery of client firm level reports.

You'll observe the management and coordination of data collection from Investment Managers and custodians with an emphasis on importing, reconciling, transforming, and validating data for use across departments. This position will oversee the establishment of client accounts on reporting system and manage the reconciliation of return information collected from multiple sources. You must be able to report on and present the firms reporting capabilities to clients and prospective clients.

The right candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the Financial Services industry with at least 3 years of management/ leadership experience. Must have attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, presents well with technical skills.
