We are looking for an experienced FAE Director/Manager (Optics) for a company that designs, manufactures, and distributes a comprehensive suite of receivers, speakers, speaker modules, multi-function devices, microphones, transducers, and headsets for use in mobile headsets, game consoles, notebook computers and other consumer electronics devices located in Cupertino, CA.  

Job description:

­            Deeply understand customer technical requirement in mobile phone lens

­            Provide customers with the best product solutions according to their needs

­            Lead customer to consider our technology in their existing products and future projects

­            Responsible for business negotiation with customers, establish and maintain customer relationship, improve profit margin.

­            Coordinate internal and external resources, solve problems in the process of project implementation and improve customer satisfaction

­            Establish communication channel with customer and China team, to collect the lens configuration of new cell phone projects and keep updated with progress of competitors, hence, to boost the efficiency of program management

Requirements:

1.       At least 10 years’ experience in mobile phone supply chain.

2.      University graduates in science or engineering or related area.

3.      Good knowledge on mobile phone lens products and lens industries in US.

4.      Good communication skills and ability to work with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds

5.      Fluent writing and speaking English/ Chinese

Compensation:  Based on experience; we offer an extremely competitive base salary.

$150 – $200k.
