A growing health and wellness company located on the East Coast is looking for a Benefits Specialist on a contract basis to assist with all benefit duties. This is a remote position, but must be able to work east coast hours. Looking for SOLID Benefits candidates, not HR Generalists that have benefits experience.

Qualified candidates MUST have:

• Over three years of benefits administration experience
• Knowledge of processing LOA/FMLA claims
• Understanding FSA and HSA
• Invoice reconciliation
• Expert excel - pivot tables and v-looks ups are a MUST
• Understanding how to export benefits data
• Benefits transactional experience - hand on
• Workday preferred
• Able to work remote - wifi set up, a place to work and take confidential calls
• Employee engagement and interaction
• Good attitude, self-managed, and able to work with little or no direction
