Job Description

US Medical is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses/ LPN to work in Skilled Nursing Facilities located in all areas of Philadelphia, Bucks County & Montgomery County Areas.

Requirements to qualify:

Must have 1 year verifiable experience working as a LPN in a skilled nursing facility

Current PA LPN license

Current TB/PPD

Criminal Background Check

CPR Card

• Observe patients and nursing care
• Providing licensed nursing care to residents
• Assisting physician/nurse practitioner in direct patient care functions
• Providing basic patient care or treatments
• Assess resident needs, provide nursing care, evaluate nursing care, administer medications and complete treatment
• Sign all medication orders with the medication nurse to prevent medication errors
