Working Location: Montreal - 105, rue Saint-Jacques - Currently remote, with the intent of returning to the office at some point

Working Hours: 8am-4pm is the standard

Group Mandate:
This group manages back-office operations around automotive financing- in particular managing the business between dealerships (not individual customers) and BMO. They are responsible for overseeing the processing and fulfillment of automotive leases.

This role is excellent for an eager, enthusiastic professional that thrives in a fast-paced working environment. They will also have a large team to lean on and partner with -both in the back office and with account managers, who they will work closely with. The team is large (~30 people total).

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Managing incoming faxes and inquiries for new leases
Manually processing said faxes into BMO systems, ensuring proper procedures and checks are completed on the application
Price leases for clients on an ad-hoc basis, deriving data from client portfolios
Updating internal spreadsheets (in Excel), capturing customer data and lease details
Following up with customers on outstanding leases- payments past due, accounts with insufficient funds to complete payments, etc.
Partner closely with Account Managers to service customers in a courteous and professional manner
Partner closely with Credit Analysts to determine a customer's viability to receive a loan- this data would be available in their client portfolio

Must-Have Skills:
Candidate MUST be bilingual French and English- oral and written
MS Office Proficiency- specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Post-secondary degree- degree in business/finance is preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking capability
Strong business etiquette- note that candidates would be conversing with customers via phone and email

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Previous ops experience in a banking setting
Experience reading and interpreting loan applications would be a plus
Previous servicing analyst experience would be a big plus
Experience working with proprietary BMO systems- they leverage LoanIQ, LiveLink and Edrive in this role

Interview Process:
One round, remote, with HM and 1-2 other team members- it is undetermined if the interviews will be video conferences or conference calls.
