Hours: Full-time preferred, some part-time workers may be considered

The Ideal Customer Service and Client Representative :

  • Candidates must be over the age of 18, with permission to work in the USA.
  • You are someone who is collaborative, flexible, deadline orientated, and organized

  • You maintain a calm demeanou r under pressure

  • You can anticipate needs, you’re always 5 steps ahead of everyone, and can handle issues before becoming a problem

  • You’re an independent thinker who asks questions

  • Has a strong work ethic and a desire to work with our clients

  • You should have some basic computer knowledge and excellent verbal and written communication skills



Job Requirements

Customer Service and Client Representative Duties:

  • Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.

  • Resolve any customer question or issue helping to ensure a positive customer experience

  • Share customer service best practice with the team to ensure the customer experience is always top tier

  • Identify sales opportunity and offer suitable product/services that will add value to new or existing customers

  • Ensure that all sales and records have been accurately entered into our system

  • Organize and maintain all promotional displays
