Responsibilities for entry level role:
Learn product knowledge
Complete necessary training and employee development
Initiate conversation with customers
Face-to-face interaction and sales transactions

Upon joining, the team member will be provided a sales development program which includes an interactive sales training where they will gain competitive selling techniques and practices as well as solutions and services that Superior provides to new customers.
