Customer Service Representative

$27,000-$34,500 / HOUR

Growing manufacturing company is looking to add to their customer service team!      In this role you will answer inbound calls related to the companies products and services.

Duties include:

  • Answer calls related to inquires, troubleshooting and feedback
  • In some cases, assist in troubleshooting minor issues related to the product
  • Enter information into customer’s records

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous customer service, inside sales or related experience
  • Strong customer service with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal as well as in writing
  • Working knowledge of computers and as well as data entry

 Thees positions start immediately and will be Monday-Friday,  8am-5pm.   Starting pay is $14.50 per hour.    For immediate consideration, contact Pro Staff today!
