Account Manager

$20-$25 / HOUR

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is a self-starter to fill the position of Account Manager. Our clients are employer groups that are excited to offer benefits for their employees’ pets, and it is your job to make sure it is a seamless experience. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

The Account Manager will be the lead contact for 200+ clients. It is crucial that you can manage multiple projects at a time, while paying strict attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate implementation timelines, set client expectations
  • Process enrollment files and forms for existing clients
  • Support clients by answering questions and providing materials as needed
  • Join Director of Employer Benefits on client webinars
  • Assist with client billing
  • Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Very comfortable and adept with technology
  • Minimum 2 years work experience
