Job Details for Customer Service Representatives:
- Pay Rate: $15/hr
- Contract to hire
- Benefits offered after hired permanent
- This is an in-office position
Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representatives:
- Answer inbound calls
- Assist customers with inquiries about services
- Analyze and process customer requests by phone and email
- Verify and update customer information
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representatives:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High volume call center experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
