QA Analyst and Technical Support SME
The QA Analyst and Technical Support SME will support the testing of the company’s applications developed or enhanced to support the company or its global client base, and providing SME support to their users.
This multi-tasking delivery role is responsible for ensuring the quality of development delivery as well as interfacing with users, enhancing the company’s relationship with them.
Key skill areas include:
- Agile software development and the SDLC
- Quality assurance & testing
- Requirements analysis & documentation
- Technical production support
- Subject matter expertise support
- Self-driven, able to work remotely without hands-on supervision. This is a USA based position with ability to work remotely.
