We are currently looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join our growing team, who will be leading the QA team from a task management perspective and has experience with Manual and automation test experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about redefining content through innovation, unconventional thinking, and embracing fun!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and resolve quality issues in planning, design, and execution for the product and processes
• Execute test cases and test plan, report issues found and verify fixed
• Demonstrate proactive & effective communication with cross functional teams
• Assist with service release coordination
• Conduct testing on all web and mobile products for all applicable platforms utilizing system analysis and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ Years of QA Experience
• Manual and automation testing experience
• Experience executing test cases and creating test plans and reports
• Experience using various test tools to troubleshoot and analyze issues
• Experience with video streaming technology
• Experience with API testing
• Experience with DB (MySQL and PostgreSQL)
• Strong communication skills to build relations and work across teams
• Bilingual in Korean
• Experience working in an agile development process
