Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a large team of agents and Office Manager in a high producing office in the heart of Alexandria, VA – free parking will be provided!
Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, this person will provide assistance with transaction and document management, assist agents with Real Estate software tools, platforms and CRM. Provide social media and Agent Website Support. Serve as Point of Contact for basic IT questions.
This is a fast-paced office (and position) that requires someone with an excellent attitude to work in a team environment. Candidate must be a great communicator with strong multi-tasking who is able to prioritize and transition from one project to the next at a given moment.
***Prior experience in a real estate office is a HUGE preference!***
***Must be able to pass a criminal background check!***
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)Job Requirements
