NCW is now hiring Production Associates for job opportunities located in Elkhart, IN. These are full-time positions across all shifts working consistent 40-hour weeks and opportunities for overtime.

Job Duties:

• Load/unload a variety of production components for assembly onto equipment and/or at workstations
• Complete the assigned task in the required time to maintain an acceptable production rate
• Read quality audit sheet or spec sheets and interpret information on how to make the part(s) correctly
• Place parts in testers and check for proper part function
• Perform cycle counts on components, WIP, and finished goods in an area
• Read and interpret build schedules to accurately plan work cell production
• Ensure all safety devices are in place and working properly (i.e. light curtains/sensors)
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines as needed
• Communicate with a variety of personnel to share, collect or provide information
• Perform changeovers on pieces of equipment
• May be required to lift to 30lbs
• Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred
• Exceptionally good eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Proactive problem solver
• Bilingual/Multilingual a plus
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Able to pass E-Verify
• Valid driver's license/state issued ID
