The Successful Sales Professional Will . . .
- Be enthusiastic, driven and passionate about providing print and digital advertising solutions to local businesses by understanding their needs
- Multi-task with prospecting, scheduling appointments and meeting with potential prospects via video, phone and face-to-face by using our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
- Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, ongoing leadership coaching and best in class cross functional internal support teams
- Make solution presentations to prospects and customers based on a thorough discovery of their needs and setting expectations
- Achieve sales performance objectives through client retention, up sell, cross sell and new business development

Experience and Skills:
- B2B sales experience and business development ideally in advertising and media sales
- Understands the importance of and has experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and written skills
- Ability to create, build and maintain business relationships
