JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsible for accurately and efficiently repairing and installing fountain, vending, coffee and food equipment per customer orders. Assists in maintaining a clean and safe Vending and Service Department. Models MWB Core Values on all daily work activities and works together with all MWB team members to foster the team environment throughout the entire Company

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIILITES:

  • Positively demonstrates and abides by MWB’s Mission, Vision and Core Values in daily work activities to motivate team members.

  • Accurately based on customer calls trouble shoots and repairs Fountain, Vending, Coffee and Food equipment.

  • On-call for nights and weekends on a rotating schedule approximately every four weeks.

  • Efficiently and properly installs Fountain, Vending, and Coffee equipment based upon customer requests.

  • Maintains proper vehicle parts inventory.

  • Responsible for assisting with repairing and rebuilding used parts.

  • Performs the cleaning and sanitizing of pre and post-mix units at customer accounts.

  • May assist with the delivery of equipment as needed.

  • Maintains vendor equipment by cleaning and performing minor repairs as needed.

  • Prepares, maintains, and sets-up vending, fountain, coffee and food equipment for seasonal use per company standards on customer site.

  • Maintains and prepares seasonal fountain accounts by flushing lines, hooking up product and by performing start up and shut down processes per company standards.

  • Operates material handling equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack) safely and efficiently as required.

  • Maintains material handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction.

  • Performs all assigned duties in a safe, efficient and accurate manner adhering to MWB and customer account policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Responsible to create, develop and maintain goodwill and superior customer service in each account.

  • Recommends ideas for improvement and assists in maintaining the security, safety and orderliness of the Service/Shop Department.

  • Required to obtain certification in forklift/electric power jack training class.

  • Prepares and sets-ups vending, fountain, coffee and food equipment in the shop for placement for new and existing accounts .

  • Other duties as assigned by Service Manager or Sales Director.

  • EDUCATION:

    High School diploma or equivalent GED required. Additional training in basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical skills necessary. Refrigeration certification preferred.

    EXPERIENCE:

    Above average knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math, and reading. 2 - 4 years related experience and/or training. Individual must be able to pass and maintain a reasonably clean Motor Vehicle Report per company and insurance standards and be able to obtain a forklift certification.

    Qualified candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds.

    SCHEDULE/SHIFT:

    Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (extended hours as needed)

    On call for nights and weekends every 4 th week, once training is complete
