Meltpoint Plastics International, Inc. is a plastic custom profile extrusion company. Meltpoint provides engineering design assistance and manufactures extruded plastic profiles for multiple industries while remaining focused on fenestration (window, door, curtain wall, railing) applications. Our company is presently experiencing tremendous growth. We are looking for a candidate to support our aggressive growth goals by increasing sales within our current customer base as well as developing new business through direct service and web-based marketing efforts. The position carries dual role responsibilities to include marketing and sales.

Marketing Sales Representative / Job Function and Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • · Continuously update and maintain company web-site, create content, build on-line store
  • · Build on brand recognition and develop marketing plan which shows growth within market segments
  • · Define brand recognition and promote new product introductions
  • · Develop a yearly advertising program budget and manage the program with industry media sources
  • · Create, and distribute quarterly company newsletter to customers promoting our products and services
  • · Develop communication tools that will increase customer awareness of company capabilities
  • · Provide marketing analytics to demonstrate a results driven marketing plan
  • · Attend industry trade shows to promote the company and gather market trend information to support company-wide set goals

Sales:

  • · Increase sales within an existing customer base by confidently offering consistent customer service and promoting additional products and services which the company offers, utilizing developed marketing products
  • · Identify customer needs and requirements and develop a task-oriented plan on how to meet those needs
  • · Communicate customer needs within the organization
  • · Develop new customers using a focused marketing approach. New account goals should be met quarterly

SKILLS:

· Strong communication skills demonstrating the ability to present ideas clearly

· Team player with the ability to work independently

· Self-motivated and driven to begin and complete tasks

· Able to make presentations when necessary in a confident and professional manner

· Proficient in Office Suite

· Experience with Quickbooks and Auto-Cad or similar design software is a plus

· Must speak and write proficiently in English. Spanish is a strong plus

Education / Experience:

· 2 years business to business experience, proven track record in web-based marketing of non-consumer products, and / or proven record of web-based business development

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

· Web development and SEO

Work Location:

· Home office 90%, local/domestic travel as permitted 10%
