Marksman Solutions is a local start-up here in Overland Park, Kansas and we are ready to hit the ground running! We are actively seeking individuals with a background in sales, marketing, business development, and or customer service. We will also consider eager individuals interested in pursuing a developmental role in one of these facets. These individuals must be both self-motivated and goal-oriented, as we believe these characteristics can help candidates develop themselves and others. This development allows our employees to grow through the entry level position into leadership and management roles.

Marksman Solutions is a sales and marketing firm specializing in face-to-face communication on behalf of one of the largest companies in the service industry. They chose to work with us to put a face to their name. Nothing does better business than a firm handshake and a smile! (Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we have to settle with a friendly wave, for now!)

Job Requirements
  • Increase sales with national accounts

  • Generate new sales in prospective accounts

  • Achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account

  • Conduct periodic account base adjustment to add new accounts or delete existing accounts

  • Support outside sales generating new sales within territory

  • Maintain existing relationships with assigned accounts

  • Implementing new sales and business activities with key accounts

  • Enhance clients' existing customer accounts by phone

  • Grow and leverage sales within assigned business accounts

  • Grow the company through prospecting new clients and performing account management on existing assigned accounts
