$15-$18 / HOURM Street is the neighborhood where our restaurants live, located on McGavock Street between 11th and 12th Avenues in the Gulch. We are uniquely positioned with five of our restaurants within a few feet of one another, with the exception of Tavern, which is located on Broadway in Midtown.
M Street Entertainment offers an eclectic portfolio that includes Virago, Moto Cucina + Enoteca, Kayne Prime, Whiskey Kitchen, Saint AƱejo and Tavern.

Job RequirementsStation Mastery
Food Preparation: cook food according to recipes, menu orders, and special dietary/nutritional needs
Station Preparation: properly stock station with necessary food and equipment
Ensure proper plate presentation procedures by monitoring quality before sending to expo
Assist in training new Team Members
Passes all station and classroom tests
Minimal item recooks or remakes
Passes all yield tests for the station
Technical Skills
Efficiency (prioritization, pace, preparation, organization)
Running tasks (clean surface/floor/equipment/stocking of station)
Always maintain a clean and sanitized workstation while following all state and federal health guidelines
Properly label and store food, supplies, and materials
Create food of the highest quality and to the standards of the Executive Chef
Coordinate with expo and other Team Members on prioritization
Display focus, accuracy, and a sense of urgency/speed when executing all assigned tasks
