We are a “culture-first company” focused on growing our position as the industry’s leading IoT solutions development platform. We believe in amplifying human potential and helping organizations to achieve more with less effort to enable them to do what was previously unimaginable. Our mission is to create a better, more connected world through the responsible application of technology. Leverege was founded in 2014 by Eric Conn and Steven Lee, long-time friends, entrepreneurs, and software engineers, with the goal of connecting the physical environment with the digital world through the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. The two founders have nearly 50 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering mission-critical, big data systems to both commercial and Government customers around the world. Our cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and project managers strive to push the boundaries of the IoT industry. We have a flat organizational structure and most team members wear many different hats. We believe in and value our employees and therefore we strive to make the best work environment possible with an emphasis on empowerment and open and honest communication. Our “culture-first” approach creates an environment with flexible work hours and custom workstations. We believe everyone should wear what makes them comfortable, work the hours they are the most productive, and work from where they get the most done. We believe hard work and company culture are the two key ingredients to business success. Leverege has three locations in the Baltimore/DC area and is rapidly expanding to meet customer demand for its products and services. Looking forward to you joining our team!
