Digital Marketing Specialist

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Knowledge and skills :
    • Understanding of digital marketing leading practices and trends and the ability to apply them to current projects and digital strategies
    • Ability to articulate clear and concise direction and feedback
    • Adept project management abilities
    • Can confidently and gracefully prioritize multiple projects under time constraints
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Passionate attitude with willingness and enthusiasm to own your own growth
  • Technical skills
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Sheets

Job Experience :

  • 3-5+ years of full-time digital optimization (e.g. Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or other marketing/content platforms)
  • Prior experience within travel & hospitality a plus
  • Experience presenting to all levels throughout an organization
  • Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences
  • Proven client-facing role experience working with teams on large scale, long-term projects

Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of digital ads

  • Support digital reporting and shares digital/consumer trends
  • Support the digital team's search and social media marketing efforts
  • Lead marketing efforts using new media and digital tools
  • Develop creative content and content calendar for various social media channels
  • Identify new social media outlets
