Remote Administrative Position / Hiring Assistant - Entry Level

$35,000-$54,000 / YEAR

We are seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to join our team as an Entry Level HR Assistant / Remote Recruiter! This is a remote position that requires individuals to perform phone based activities for our clients to assist with achieving their hiring goals.


  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective job candidates
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Schedule interview appointments for clients
  • Manage database of applicants to ensure processes run smoothly
  • Considerably hit goals set by client/management
  • Follow up with candidates as needed

Job Requirements
    • Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, Recruiter, Call Center Representative or similar high phone volume position
    • All candidates must be available occasional nights and weekends
    • Personal computer and headset required
    • Must be self-manageable and have great time management skills
    • Demonstrate professional and courteous disposition with excellent phone etiquette
