JSG is interested in speaking with Client Service Reps with call center experience.
This is a direct hire opportunity with our client in Manheim, PA. They are offering an excellent salary, full benefits including immediate insurance coverage and PTO.
The Client Service Rep will Provide prompt and efficient service in a busy Call Center environment. Independently edits, analyzes and interprets incoming orders for a wide scope of product lines from customers, sales representatives and distributors to clarify terminology or supply missing information.
The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience;
- 3+ years of customer service experience (call center background or custom product manufacturing preferred)
- Experience with Google Docs, SAP, Kronos, Workday, Salesforce & Freshdesk
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Associate degree preferred but not required
