Account Manager

As the Account Manager, you will work closely with our clients, suppliers and internal teams to deliver services to our customers professionally, to specification and on time. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and you will propose and deliver all company solutions. The Account Manager is required to work closely with customer in developing innovative POS for their seasonal programs. In addition, the Account Manager is required to negotiate cost and timelines for each job to provide our clients with the best POS solutions.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

·       Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

·       Develop, maintain and extend relationships with your portfolio of clients.

·       Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers POS projects

·       Working to continuously strengthen the relationship and project load with clients.

Working with clients directly to manage POS project management cycles


·       Conduct regular calls and meetings with key contacts to discuss high-level issues, project details, and service feedback

·       Meet with clients offsite weekly/as needed

·       Turn negative feedback into positive action

·       Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish

·       Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

·       Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time

  • Monitor project cost and revenue in SAP to ensure accuracy on all projects
  • Manage profit margins on all projects to meet company goals

·       Reaching revenue goals

·       Deliver a high level of customer service

·       Ensure invoicing procedures are followed

·       Brief suppliers on client requirements

·       Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers

·       Manage your team and delegate workload
