This position is individual contributor with Sr. Program manager experience and is responsible for working on a diverse range of medium to large size projects and programs managing creative development. At least 5 years relevant experience required. Projects may be marketing operational initiatives, or marketing communications creative development in nature. This position will manage work utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes/procedures – projects have clear start/end dates and are clearly identified as a “project” by the business. Must have experience in customer communications and creative development. Proven skills and practical knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.Job Requirements

This is not a tech position. This is focused on program management of campaigns related to customer communications and facilitating alignment with creative channels
