As an Operations Management Trainee in our fast-paced environment, you will utilize your degree to assist in business operations and promptly solve problems for our consumers and sales team.   • Assist the management and sales team in coordination, devising, and implementing new strategies

  • Coordinate operations and ensure sales trajectories and objectives are met or exceeded

  • Motivate team members in the sales and customer service department

  • Acquire and sustain new business for the company

  • Communicate with new clients and evaluate their needs and specifications

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer contributes

  • Represent our brand with rectitude and professionalism

Job Requirements


  • 1-2 years experience in operations, client relations, sales, or leadership

  • Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Communications preferred

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

  • Interpersonal and mediation skills

  • Ability to effectively train and motivate sales associates

  • Confident and experienced in a customer-facing role

  • Strategic thinking skills and comprehensive problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
