Job Requirements

We’re not looking for someone that wishes to kick back and tell others what to do. We are seeking an individual who is looking to lead by example and show others how to be successful. This is an entry-level position, however, responsibilities and day-to-day tasks are identical to what senior managers must accomplish.


  • Shadow senior managers and leaders, learning how to professionally develop yourself

  • Measure the effectiveness of leadership strategies through various performance metrics

  • Lead by example by following great working habits conducted by successful managers

  • Create genuine relationships with target consumers

  • Suggest content for internal and external communication

  • Increase brand loyalty by implementing exciting initiatives during events

  • Possess an excellent student mentality, and be eager to develop new skills

  • Responsible for the growth and overall effectiveness of agency efforts

  • Train and develop fellow team members

  • Assist with other department tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • No prior management experience is required, however, a strong work ethic and leadership qualities are preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and can manage time wisely

  • Enjoys speaking and interacting with others

  • Able to take verbal direction and implement tactics

  • Eagerness to take on new tasks and develop skills in relation to the management
