Our client’s Financial Wealth Management Firm located in the Saint Paul, MN area is looking to add a key employee to the Team. They are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) / Office Assistant (Part-Time) who is ready to assist their already thriving company in their continued growth. They are looking for hard-working, detail-oriented employees with positive energy, who possess great people skills and have a “team player” mentality. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of Administrative Support / Office Support experience in a professional office setting
  • 2+ years of Customer Relations experience (Receptionist, Client Service Representative, Etc.)
  • CRM Software / Database experience (Example: Smart Office, Salesforce, Redtail, Etc.)
  • Advanced Technology Skills and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Etc.)

PREFERRED QUALLIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of Financial Services Industry experience is a plus
  • Financial Planning Software experience (Example: E-Money, Etc.) is a plus
  • SIE Certification (Securities Industry Essentials) is a plus

COMPENSATION:

  • $18 - $24 Per Hour (Average 20-25 Hours Per Week)
    *Based on applicable Experience / Qualifications*

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) / Office Assistant (Part-Time) you will pursue this mission through the following responsibilities:


  • Initiate and track client paperwork effectively
  • Ensure inquires and issues are resolved to achieve service levels
  • Generate various daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Follow up on pending business with companies and clients
  • Greet clients in-person or by phone in a warm, friendly, welcoming manner
  • Ensure client business flow and communication expectations are met and superior service levels provided
  • Develop effective working relationships with Team Members to ultimately provide effective, high quality service for clients
  • Process applications and other various industry specific administrative tasks
  • Provide both pre/post Client Meeting Support for the Advisor Team
  • Provide thorough, high quality research, problem solving and issue resolution
