*Conduct analyses to determine a change’s complexity, stakeholder impacts, and organizational readiness
*Identify, prepare, and implement activities that promote stakeholder engagement, mitigate resistance, and accelerate change adoption
*Actively participate on project teams to ensure change management activities are integrated into project plans and provide direct support and coaching as they work through transition*Design and facilitate change management workshops and informal learning programs covering a broad variety of change management topics and concepts
*Participate and contribute to activities that further the mission and purpose of the Office of Change Management
*Coach stakeholders and other executives in helping them fulfill their role as a Change Leader
*Partner with Communications, Learning and Development, HR Business Partners, and other business leaders to ensure alignment and coordination of transition strategies and tactics at each project phase
*Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success
*Administer change readiness and adoption surveys, review and report results, and propose tactics to address gaps

 

 

SKILL SET

 

*14+ years experience in change management specialty or related field.
*Should have group and process facilitation experience.
*Ability to exercise both critical and creative thinking.
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have fluent experience in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
*Ability to facilitate both in-person and virtual meetings.
*Excellent active-listening and information-recording skills.
*Ability to address multiple and diverse projects simultaneously. Projects may include but are not limited to: Reorganizations; Technology Deployments; Process Redesign, Improvement & Standardization; Mergers & Acquisitions; Regulatory & Compliance.
*Ability to travel: *Currently most Change Management initiatives are being delivered virtually After social distancing orders are lifted - Ability to travel may be required for future Change Management initiatives.
