Ha nd & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for super outgoing people with a passion for sales to join our teams in East Boca Raton, West Boca Raton or Delray Beach . Our ideal candidate is a responsible, driven individual with excellent communication skills and a great personality.

We are looking for a motivated sales professional who is interested in a long-term role in a stable and positive environment with tremendous opportunity for professional growth. Candidates with prior spa industry experience or membership-driven sales is a plus, but not a requirement for consideration.

Position Summary
Our goal is to provide our clients and members with a world-class experience, and our Sales Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our clients' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Our Spa Associates are the "front line" in our business, and the first impression our clients have of our spa. They provide an exceptional experience through both face-to-face and phone interactions with our clients. As the liaison between our clients and our Service Providers, Spa Associates work to educate clients and members on our services and products, and help to guide them to get the most out of their visit. Our Spa Associates are expected to educate clients on enhancements and upgrade options for their service, and to sell memberships and gift cards.

    • Ensure optimum sales floor coverage and selling
    • Lead and jewelry repair associates
    • Uphold a productive and efficient repair center capable of supporting multiple jewelry client programs
    • Introduce new jewelry in inventory by calling on existing customers, as well as new customers
    • Keeping the jewelry online store website up-to-date with new listings and availability
    • Turn customers life's occasions into celebrations with a timeless gift of fine jewelry
    • Maximize financial performance of the store
    • Assist customers in such a manner as to create a desire for the products and/or services, meet sales goals, display merchandise
    • Preparing jewelry items for shipment, ensuring that the customer understands the shipping process
    • Returning the merchandise to the proper spot on the selling floor
