1. Aggressive Compensation: Here at Family First Life, we start our agents at a minimum of 110% they can advance up to 145%.

2. Exclusive Leads: We do not resell leads. A “lead” is defined as a client who contacts us for help; you will only receive leads for people who are actively looking for these products. We do not believe in cold calling to generate sales.

3. LIVE regional training from REAL top producers: We offer hands-on regional training from qualified producers. Learn from top active producers in the industry that issue 30k to 50k a month.

4. Vested Renewals: At FFL, these residuals are vested day one meaning if you ever leave FFL you take your renewals with you.

5. No contract or fees: FFL agents are also truly independent, there is no contract for you to sign with FFL. We understand the independent contractor relationship as FFL is a company that was built by producers for producers. We pride ourselves on the fact that there are no fees associated in working with FFL. No startup cost, no cost for training or to attend our Sales Conferences.

  • Represent and sell Auto Club memberships and insurance products
  • Promote and sell property and casualty and life insurance products and services
  • Prepare to sell Auto Club memberships, auto, homeowners, watercraft, and personal umbrella insurance; and become a licensed insurance agent
  • Preparing changes to life insurance policies
  • Discuss and handle insurance needs
  • Work within a protected sales territory
  • Follow up and sell insurance policies
  • Record new insurance policies and claims
  • Completing the health insurance application process
