Customer Service Representative - $21.63/HR!

• Do you have at least 2 years of high level Customer Service or Inside Sales Experience?
• Are you great with details and great with people?
• Do you have experience with computer programs and with ERP systems?
• Do you have any prior expertise/experience in a technical or mechanical application?

Local company looking for a CSR - Customer Service Representative in a hybrid role working partially remote and partially on site. Preferred Education and Experience is at least 5 years customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience as well as good computer knowledge. A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Communications is a plus.
